Solatech Partnership Alliance
The Solatech Partnership Alliance (SPA) is an affiliation between Solatech and specific Fabricators or manufacturers from within the window fashion industry. This program was formed for the benefit of the retailers in our industry to provide you with current and accurate information on products for your regional fabricators. By becoming members of the Solatech Partnership Alliance, these Fabricators are investing in and providing Solatech with the information necessary to help our mutual customers become more successful and grow their business. As our industry evolves, retailers are seeking ways to improve their business and our SPA partners are serious about helping them through automation. Some of the SPA members also support our Online Order Processing system (OOP) which is a way to have your orders sent directly from your system to your Fabricator. Implementation of this feature requires the cooperation of an individual fabricator, but is a feature of each retail system. Please ask your sales representative if your Fabricator supports OOP as part of their SPA affiliation.

What if my manufacturer isn’t currently supported by Solatech?
With the thousands of fabricators in the industry it is not feasible to support all of them, which is why we focus on those fabricators who work with our customer base. If a fabricator isn’t on the list, they may currently be supported, so please ask your sales representative about specific fabricators. If not supported their products can always be added. They can be added for either an individual customer or for the fabricator to support our mutual customers (fees do apply). Manufacturers who come on board as a member of the Solatech Partnership Alliance (SPA) receive the added benefit of having their product information distributed to our entire customer base nation wide as well as marketing opportunities through Solatech. Retailers with the Solatech Professional system, also have the ability to create their own products and add them to their system.
